Primavera inaugurated the first building!

     The building developer who owns the “Primavera” project has inaugurated the first block of flats from the Acacia Park Residential Area on Tuesday, the 18th of January, 2011.

     ""Primavera" entered the Romanian market in 2007, as a result of the merge between two big Israeli companies, who also have other huge projects, such as Casa Radio from Bucharest.

     The investors managed to overcome the very difficult economic period and to finalize the first of 7 project buildings on Gheorghe Titeica Street. The building has a P+9 regime and represents a premiere in Ploiesti: the only building with common spaces finished at western standards, false ceilings on access corridors, stainless steel and glass handrails, light, ventilation and heating sensors on hallways. The apartments have the exterior walls with a double isolation system (sound and thermal), while the floors have both thermal and sound isolation.

     The Primavera block of flats from Ploiesti is, for the time being, the safest building in a 230.000 citizen city, the constructors certifications guaranteeing a seismic resistance of 9,2 degrees Richter.

     The project is situated in the northern part of Ploiesti, in a controlled-access area situated in a very tranquil area, at a few minutes walk from downtown, very close to easy routes to big commercial centers.
